Debbie Shield

Debbie Shields is a Director with Aspen People and leads on the Charity and Non Profit and Interim divisions of the business. She is a highly experienced recruiter with over 15 years experience in the field. Her career has been focused on working with senior leadership teams on key appointments in the executive and non executive space, in Scotland and London across Public, Private and 3rd Sector organisations.

Debbie has a particular interest in the Non-Profit sector and a commitment to ensuring diversity across the Board. She has been involved in a number of Boards including; Former Chair of SAY Women and Past President of Scottish Women in Business. She is currently Non Executive Director at the Scottish Refugee Council.
